Reminder: Flagship & Honors Info Session Today at 5 PM

Dear Flagship Students:

Please join Dr. Lynne Derbyshire, Director of the University Honors Program, for a conversation about the Honors Program particularly as it pertains to Flagship students.

What are the advantages to completing the University Honors Program in addition to Flagship?

5/2: Chinese Youth Culture - Senior Honors Project Presentation


Please join us for Patrick Slavin's Senior Honors Project Presentation on Chinese Youth Culture!

Patrick Slavin is graduating senior in the University Honors Program and International Business Program, majoring in Supply Chain Management and Chinese. This spring he  is teaching an introductory-level Honors course on Chinese youth culture through the URI Honors Program’s students-teaching-students program, which is based on his Honors Project research conducted last semester through an independent study with Xiong Laoshi.

The project will be presented on May 2nd from 11:30-1:00 in Lippitt 401. 

All students are welcome to attend!

APRIL 15:  RESUME READINESS – It’s time to move on from high school and
get your college profile down on paper. We will help you get
started!

APRIL 22:  THE WORLD BEYOND – An introduction to National Fellowships
and Academic Opportunities and what makes a strong candidate
