The third “Chinese Bridge” Speech Contest for College students in the New England Area will be held on March 23, 2013, at UMass Boston Campus Center. Contest winners will be offered a free 12-day trip to China during the Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival. Students, if interested, need to submit their speech contest form by February 17, 2013.
